Description

In "Dandy & Co." continuity, EVIL Dandy was the original Dandy as I created him back in '82. But when I re-designed the character, this early design was essentially banished where he became jealous and evil. I couldn't think of a better analog for Sinestro to Dandy's GL for this parody to control the yellow light of FEAR.
